It is always a wonderful stay. Which is why I always stay here for work, It’s in a super nice area of Pasadena. It’s walkable to numerous restaurants. If you do not have a vehicle that is ok. Because it’s a short walk to many bus lines. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and super clean. They have security cameras all over the property to keep you feeling safe. You can not get better service from their staff Saimon, Tommy, and Lee. They all go out of their way to make sure you have a nice stay. I have never had any complaints on my numerous stays at this property. But I am sure if I did they would take care of it immediately.

I arrived in the evening, the front desk rep., checked me in and gave me a room on the 3rd floor to find out that the property’s only elevator is not working. I am a mid-60 woman with heart problems and the front desk service rep thought I can carry my heavy suite case three flight of stairs. I did not appreciate that at all, I had to book another place through Expedia, I paid online Twice. I drove to the other location to be disappointed again as the area did not look anything like the advertisement on Expedia. When I called Expedia for a refund, I was told that they are going to charge me for one night for each hotel which amounted to almost $300 even though I paid extra for insurance. I had to find a hotel on my own and pay for it.
