Everything from the location, front desk and customer service were top-notch. Only complaint was the AC unit didn’t seem to work so the room was freezing while we were sleeping .. the thermostat is a bit old but I’m pretty sure I tried everything to make it work but no response

The price was relatively affordable, and the photos made the room look nicer than it actually was. However, I noticed that part of the wooden floor in the room was damaged and rotting, and a small area was covered with carpet, which felt inconsistent with the overall condition shown in the photos. On a positive note, the daytime staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. Overall, this hotel has clear pros and cons, but the room condition did not fully meet expectations.
