Room was badly deteriorated, floor tiles cracked, bedding with stains in them, shower tub like someone mixed paint, curtains falling off, dirty floor, no hooks to hang clothes, just as bad as it can get. And to ask for extra shampoo, you get the stinky eye, like if we're already not paying TOO MUCH. I failed to look at reviews and detailed pictures of the hotel...probably worst than a motel. Too expensive for what you get. The only nice thing to say is they have this nice lady who does the rooms. She was very nice, cordial and helpful. The owners should learn from her.

They were in the process of renovating rooms. This is definitely nweded because rooms like mine were broken and falling apart with sink that wouldnt drain, bad bed, broken floor, roaches, etc. The constructiin noise starts at 8am and continues until 5pm . The parking lot all around was filthy with trash, human waste, vomit, and used condoms. People were sleeping in cars in the parking lot. I found a throwing axe leaning up on the wall near my doorway on the first morning. The last night the manager called the police after i tokd him an old woman was banging and screming for help to open hed door...i tried to help but the key card didnt work. The police had the manager assist in opening the door with a different key card. Cheap prixe, but i got what i paid for

My recent stay at this hotel was satisfactory in some areas but concerning in others. The staff members were courteous and accommodating, which I genuinely appreciated. However, the surrounding area felt unsafe, particularly during the evening hours, which affected my comfort throughout the stay. Additionally, one of the rooms assigned to us had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, which diminished the overall experience. While I understand that the price reflects certain expectations, the issues I encountered would prevent me from choosing to stay here again.

I was not overly excited about the outside when checking in but to my surprise rooms very clean and guy checking in was exceptionally nice and helpful. Rooms updated beds very soft. I would definitely stay again

Room was horrible AC kept leaking inside the room floor .Also was unable to close window due to screws hold the window in place . It was a 4 night stay only once my room was clean headboard to bed was super dirty
