Service was just AWFUL!!!!!!!!! I had an early flight out of Los Angeles International Airport so I checked out at about 4am I had a hard time waking up whomever was in the front desk to get my deposit back there was only one entrance exit in to the property no more than 2 at most 3 minutes I realized I had left my laptop charging in my room as I rushed out to the airport I knocked on the front door rang the doorbell no one came out so I called I explained my situation to the person who answered he replied I'm sleeping come back at 10:30am I said I I couldn't he said come back at 10:30am and hung up the phone upon returning to the States I made just about 35-40 calls to the property mornings afternoons and evenings each time I was told to call back the manager wasn't there now I'm out a $2000 laptop

Instead of a credit card hold, you are required to leave a one hundred dollar deposit in cash. If you don't have it, there is an ATM machine behind you that charges you a fee. I gave the guy five, twenty dollar bills. The next day he gave me back a one hundred dollar bill instead of my original bills which can be inconvenient to spend of course. Also, there are no private bathrooms. Just a men's and women's for the floor with no privacy. Out dated as well. Room door did not latch correctly and can pop open. Checking out, I had the door open and almost ready to leave when he popped his head in and asked me if I was leaving. Very rude. Overall, cheap costing hotel (motel really). Located near event centers but I will not be back.

The room was not cleaned. There was a beer can in the room. Also, the sheets were damp/wet. They took $100 cash deposit (ATM there was used to get $100/- costing additional $6.00.) Requested another room. They did not provide any. Left the hotel in few minutes and took another hotel nearby. They refused ti return the deposit immediately, stating that they will give it after the reservation ends in three days. Never going back to thi hotel, again.
