Luxury single family residence, 2186 sq ft. the fully equipped kitchen has quartz countertops and huge refrigerator, 3 TVs and fresh vinyl flooring throughout. 3 Bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor, another master bedroom is the 4th bedroom on the ground floor with full bath. (2 suites and 3-1/2 baths) The rooftop deck is above it all with views, gas bbq couch chairs and tables. Just a Short 5-10 min Uber to the Carnival, Viking, Princess and other cruise lines and walk to the new boardwalk to see the harbor. 2 car garage. Wonderful restaurants nearby & an Italian Deli (A1 deli), coffee and tea houses and a few bars. Live music on some nights. Great for long stays.
