Super friendly staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Rooms were really clean and updated. Lots of plugs to charge devices. Hot water super fast. Parking is good. A terrific hotel to stay close to the pier and century city.

Room was nice and comfortable as you would expect from a holiday inn Express. Was not expecting the $$$30 parking fee. Had I know we could have stayed somewhere else We were only here to visit UCLA and didn't need to walk around but the neighborhood is not great.

Well toilet was not flushing right, hotel room phone loses dial tone and sometimes worked. The filthy curtain also did not work. Asked them to Fix it and NO body bothered, no room service either only rather friendly staff but not doing their job. For 2 nights we had no toilet flush. High price for this run down hotel.

I really enjoyed this hotel! I took my model un team and was pleasantly surprised to see the staff more than welcoming and able to do so much for our group. They were incredibly nice and efficient. From the morning staffers to the night with the nice young man, who helped with any request. I enjoyed how clean and well staffed the breakfast was. We look forward to coming back!
