Breakfast was good, but we had the most terrible time using the key cards to get into our room because the clerk said they had a bad batch of cards sent to them. I had to get the cards re-coded nearly every night and when we tried to get into our room it took nearly 10 tries before the code would unlock the door. Very, very frustrating. Also, the cards wouldn't let us into the side gate which was closer to the parking lot we were supposed to use. The first clerk was very rude, and the 2nd clerk explained why the cards didn't work as well.

I experienced the surrounding areas more safe to walk my dog than last time. No home insecure people camping on the sidewalks, so I appreciated that! There is one special employee you have that was VERY kind and friendly. He is a small statured, thin man who was taking out the trash and he helped guide me to my room because I was going the wrong way!! Please let him know he made my day on Christmas Eve, knowing there are still gentle and caring people that exist is heart-warming!

The room was clean however, the fan motor on the air conditioning and heater was broken so it was extremely loud to the point where we couldn't even have it on. Very frustrating to come late to a hotel and not have the ability to change the room and deal with that. When things like that happen the maintenance people should handle that immediately. Then when we called to ask about a refund it was not even noted in the account. Makes me want to go back to 119 and see if they even took it seriously for the next guest.

When we walked in we were not greeted, the lady at the counter just stared until we walked up and said hi. The room looked great, the beds were comfortable and everything appeared clean. However, the wifi on the tv didnt work and the cable was spotty and cut out every 5 minutes.we tried to log into youtube to stream, but the "smart tv" wasnt connected to any internet. The clocks werent updated to the time change. Just small things that matter when youre traveling with small children. Definitely, would not stay here again.
