Property was very nice. Rooms were new and clean. Property felt very safe. Valet parking was a requirement, and the elevators required the use of a key. The grounds surrounding the hotel were well kept.

People on the floor were smoking pot, which crept into the room. Asked the hotel for a new room, which they said they could do, but then the 9th floor has a fire sprinkler issue, and that got changed. New room wasn't ready until after 9 pm that night. They lost my luggage that was in my original room, but got moved and that took a minute to find. The first trip there was pleasant (maybe a 5). This trip was a nightmare (-2). The other challenge is the parking. While there is parking available, there are no in & out privileges unless you valet, which then you have the tip. So, if you park and need to come and go, plan to spend $75+ a day.
