Maybe 3.5 stars since it's at a convenient location. My family (2 adults and 2 toddlers) stayed in a 2 double bed room and it felt a bit small. +Room was clean. Provided two slippers. +A pretty large fridge and a microwave. +The breakfast was always well stocked. A few choices of yogurt, breads, danishes and donuts, fruit, scrambled eggs or hardboiled eggs, sausage, cereal and juices. Eggs and sausage were on the watery side and hardboiled eggs were overdone. But was full after every breakfast. +within walking distance to stores/mall and restaurants -pillows were lumpy and hard. Beds weren't very comfortable. -the lights outside the window/on the sides of the hotel are always on and very bright. Curtains can't block it out completely. -the floor inside the room was uneven. I've never encountered this before but something underneath the carpet was uneven. I was on the top floor. I don't know if it's related to the problem with the floor being uneven but I hope my 2 year old's running around did not bother the room below us. When she ran it sounded like she was running on a wood floor. - there isn't any outdoor space

The room was impeccably clean and the staff was kind at check in. However, I booked this room for sleep and there was a man who kept coming outside of my door and smoking cigarettes and yelling at his dog super loudly every 45 minutes. After being woken up five times, and I mean it was bad, I complained but it happened again after that. When I complained, even though I told them the room the person was in, they didn’t offer to move me or anything but gave me 2 hours late checkout. Thinking I had from 2:30 am to now 1:00 pm to sleep, I watched a movie and went to bed. However, I was in the breezeway in a disabled room and starting super early Christmas morning the maids were dragging their cars (constantly) up and down the concrete hall and it was incredibly loud and apparently I. Constant need of movement, and they needed to constantly yell to communicate with each other, and this went on for a couple of hours so I just checked out before even the normal checkout time and called it a loss.
