Would not recommend, we were given our room key when we arrived and walked in on a used room. Girl up front wasn’t super nice about it and seem annoyed with us. Wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience. They don’t come to clean our room we had to ask for towels several times for a family of 4. After an hour they brought 2….we called again and just ended up going to the pool to get our own towels. About 45 min later they randomly brought us a bar of soap…we asked for towels not soap. Would not recommend this hotel

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The rooms were spotless, and the service was top-notch—friendly, helpful, and attentive. But the real highlight was breakfast! So many options to choose from, and they even had two kinds of waffles. A perfect start to the day. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very clean and well-kept. The location was excellent — convenient to Hollywood, Universal Studios, and Griffith Observatory. It was also easy to reach downtown; just a 30-minute bus ride away.
