The facility is nice. Room are poorly insulated. The room above mine sound like there was an elephant walking on the floor. TV in my room didn’t work properly. Took one day to fix it. $20 a day for parking was over 10% of total room cost. I will not stay at another Hampton Inn Not worth the cost.

My family is visiting the area for medical reasons. We were so concerned because we had never been to the area, much less California! We were pleasantly surprised to find that the area was very nice, with several restaurants and a Whole Foods across the street. The hotel is very clean and in great condition. Upon arrival, there was a $75 deposit, and we received a parking tag to hang in the car. The staff was very friendly and efficient, which was a relief after such a long trip. The room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great (sausage, hash browns, eggs, waffle maker, etc.). Because we will be returning to this area quite often, we hope to be able to stay at this location!

Everything from check in to the blinds didn't work (after I finally got checked in it was nearly 11 pm...(more than 45 minutes of waiting) the bed smelled like pee. the bathroom had no soap. Just overall a bad experience for one weary traveller.

Everything was great until we were leaving who ever the lady was driving us to the airport was rude and unfriendly. Didn’t help us with bags or speak had an attitude and made us stand outside in the cold at 5am while she was sitting in shuttle.
