Everything was clean and quiet! Our room had airport view! Beautiful but outside windows were very dirty! 😩 our room was perfect comfortable bed. Bathroom was great! shampoo, body wash, face wash and body lotion provided! No conditioner ☹️ but either way everything smelled great!

From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff Mr. Alex was friendly, professional, and made me feel instantly at ease. Quite possibly the best hotel in the Los Angeles area. Very friendly and polite staff, rooms are clean, restaurant food was very good and most important, best views of airplanes arriving/departing LAX from their observation deck. The only two negatives was the low pressure of water coming from the shower and the towels/rags left a lot of lint on my body after each use. I will definitely be staying there again whenever I visit the LA area.
