Staff was very friendly, but the room was outdated and full of bugs. When my son and I walked in, mosquitos and moths had filled the room. Not only that, a large cricket was creeping around on the floor. Little gnats or fruit flies filled the bathroom ceiling. There was space between the bottom of the door and the ground, allowing for bugs to enter. After being told that there were no other rooms to place us, we felt we had to kill all bugs and place towels at the base of the door to block further insect intruders. Maybe this is just a first floor issue, not sure about other rooms.
Aside from that, complimentary parking and snack/waters in the room were a nice touch. Their continental breakfast hit the spot before my son’s 8:30am soccer game.
