With 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, and lots of living space, plus bonus room/office & another private bath, highlighted features include new hardwood floors, 3 fireplaces, vaulted ceiling in living room, gourmet kitchen, master bath Jacuzzi & huge steam shower, and large ocean-view balconies, one with hot tub. Only a 5 min drive down to the nearest beach across from famous Malibu Seafood! Hike to the waterfall steps from the front door.

The peaceful sounds emanating from the year round creek provide a tranquility only found in a natural environment. Designed & built using only the highest quality of craftsmanship and materials. 3 bedrooms in the main house each with its own bathroom, another full bath plus a bonus room downstairs for privacy with its own bathroom. Ocean view dining and living with a new hot tub that seats 5/6 on the back ocean view deck. Three separate laundry washer dryer units on each level. Just throw in your beach towels getting out of the car so you don’t have ti drag sand into the house. Do laundry upstairs as well as downstairs.
