The property it self is very clean and very tastefully decorated. Bathrooms were clean and fully equipped with towels and toiletries. Kitchen had all the appliances. Washer and dryer was an added benefit. The people upstairs checked-in in the middle of the night and made so much noise, we couldn’t sleep. That’s not property management’s fault. People are some times not considerate about other people’s comfort. The area and neighborhood was not a pleasant one though.

Property is updated. Parking behind gate made it feel safe. There are stairs to get to second level and top floor. Each room had a bathroom and they were clean. Decent stay. Im sure if we needed anything the host would have taken care of it.

The space is nice, clean and comfy however it does feel uncomfortable when you’re on the level with the kitchen and your bathroom door is outside of the room and you have to peak out of your room to run to your designated bathroom.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I should've known it was too good to be true. Suggestions, Front gate was a challenge but doable. Maybe figure out a better way. Had to park sometimes 2 blocks away in this shady neighborhood. Parking is terrible! No paved walkway to my unit. Had to drag my suitcase across wood chips. Thermostat is for the entire floor. So if I wanted it cooler, it made the other guest unit cooler. They would make it warmer and I would wake up in a sweat. No tv, iron, fridge in-room. Will never stay there again.

Was a good place for the weekend. Virtual check in was nice. Parking was a bit of a bummer, only street parking and that was pretty hard to come by. There was garbage along the street here and there, but our room was nice and clean.

Property itself was very clean and nice, however parking is an absolute nightmare. As a person with a physical disability it would have been nice to know beforehand that the parking situation is so bad that you most likely will have to park minimum 1-2 blocks away. Other issue is that we stayed in room 2 on the first floor of building 14835, and there was a constant crackling/clicking sound that would last for 5-10 minutes and happen every 10 minutes or so. It would wake me up allcthe time and made ir almost impossible to sleep, as this building has quiet hours from 10-8 and paper thin walls so I couldnt even have a TV show playing in the background to mask the sound.

We loved that this place, had everything we needed. The pillows and comforter so soft. Wasn't expecting an extra bathroom in the living room, which was great! Beautiful place. So cozy. Owner answered right away for any question or help we needed. Neighbors were so friendly. For sure we will come back when we return to Van Nuys.
