The staff were really nice and helpful!! Only problem was my tub was stopped up and was dirty! Would have loved a different room other than that everything was clean and exactly how they described! :)

I would like to start off saying this motel is in a good location to travel to Universal studios and the Hollywood walk of stars. The rate of the room was affordable The room we stayed in was not well kept far as the walls were dirty,writing with makers, shower has mold in the creases. The smoke detector was covered up with plastic to receive better results or Stars could use a little bit more upgrade on the inside needs attention bad no light in the closet also no hangers trash was also in the closet that's the reason Maybe a light should be put in there. Also I didn't see anything about putting cash down as a deposit after already reserving the room that should be explained also instead of reservations not all the time we carry cash due to technology with cards

It’s sunset blvd, so of course you have riff raff lol. But the staff was great, I got there early and they cleaned a room for me and my kids to check in early. They were kind and accommodating.

False advertisement. Definitely does not look like the pictures posted on hotels.com. We were greeted by graffiti and homeless people. A police helicopter circling for quite a bit of time. Check in has a bullet proof window. There was toothpaste in the sink, a wobbly toilet with stains, hair in the shower. There was also a green light behind a vent in the bathroom which made us feel uneasy. Unfortunately, we had to stay because there was no availability at other hotels nearby. Luckily, I travel with cleaning products. I would NOT recommend this hotel and believe that hotels.com should remove this Economy Inn due to sanitary and safety concerns. Im sure Hotels.com would definitely not like their customers to be at risk during their stay. I would like a full refund. I am Deeply disappointed. I have used hotels.com for years and never had an issue before.

Birthday trip for the wife!

The only thing about this hotel is the parking lot. Very, very small!! Not a lot of room for parking. But otherwise, a nice hotel to stay in for a few days.
