cute house w great backyard

loved the backyard - was perfect for the dog to run around when visiting. couldn't figure out how to make the heat work so maybe considering adding a binder with directions on how to make that work. really cute house and location was perfect to burbank.

The studio was very eclectic and cozy. The upgrades in the kitchen and bathroom were great! We enjoyed being able to sit out on the grassy area for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night

Cute house, great location

I did not think the valley had such adorable houses but this one is so cute! I rented this house for my birthday and to spend time with some friends in the area and it was perfect for that. The neighborhood is super family friendly, no noise late at night, not a lot of traffic in and out of the cross street. It was perfect for our stay. The house is a bit on the smaller side, and while there is two beds, the house feels a bit crowded with 4-6 people. That did not take away from how much we enjoyed the stay! The house's design and decorations are super unique and fun. The house does not have central heat or air conditioning, so its a little difficult to get the right temperature in the house. The hot air tends to rise, making the upstairs bedroom the hottest room. It does have a little cooling system up there, but it takes a while to fully cool upstairs. All together the stay was wonderful! A great birthday location. We all had a really great time. Alexandria Moreno
