Host made me wait 5 hours after booking was to start. Also she received an eviction notice in the middle of our stay. I requested my money back so I could take my family to another location because we didn’t feel safe that we would get locked out. She responded with no, and that she would not accommodate us in any shape or form. Also my little kid found a prescription pill bottle under the bed. Luckily we saw it immediately. Worst experience ever

This host will try to scam you hoping that vrbo will take a long time to refund you the money the cancelled the whole trip 3 hours before check in with no explanation or apology I think this is a fake account with fake reviews that he made himself I wouldn’t book here please read the realistic reviews not the 5 stars that’s just him trying gain buisness and vrbo will not accommodate for you either refund takes 2 weeks and you will have to come out of pocket to stay somewhere else

Not a great experience

Location was great, building was nice. Rooftop pool was amazing! When we received the email with the address it was the wrong address and 25 minutes away from apartment building. The woman who met us there said that the wrong address has been an ongoing problem. Unit had a VERY strong cigarette smell in the entire unit. We tried airing it out but it made no difference. There were absolutely NO toiletries whatsoever, even though they advertised they provide them. Most all of the snack they provided were expired. Beds were very hard, but I know that may be a plus for some. When I tried a few times to reach anyone with assistance on these issues, no one responded.
