Ice machine on my floor was not working. Overall lighting in my room was not bright enough for the evening/night. And there was only 2 bath towels in bathroom for 2 adults, not enough. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, lots of natural light during the day.

Room for improvement with hotel staff not finding resolution to a dog barking in an adjacent room After I checked out, the hotel dropped a charge it or then erroneously charge that same amount twice on my credit card. After I called them on the phone three days later, the girl was defensive on the phone and made a quick quick of stating I had seen some towels. I in fact did not stay in any towels, and I filed a grievance through my bank.
