Unmatched customer service from your first hello to your last goodbye. You would be hard- pressed to find a group of people who care about your guest experience as much as the team at this hotel.
the room was nice, bathroom it had broken switch for light, the light it self was just hanging from attach wire and the paper toilet holder was also broken hold by just 2 screws. took pic and make sure to show them to make sure to get my deposit back.
We wouldn’t ever stay anywhere else when visiting Torrance. This place is always on point and the location is so convenient. Mr. Jack is the kindest, most wonderful host. I hope we get to visit again soon.
I didn't like the fact that I was told by the general manager that the suite I got was only for 4 people but we were 5 and I specifically put on my request on Expedia.Com that I have 3 adults and 2 children. Then the first day we came in I complained about the TV not working, I called it in and they said they will send someone to come in but they never did. I called again our second day and someone finally came in the late afternoon and fixed it. I am not fully satisfied at all. I think Expedia and this hotel facility should get together and communicate more effectively about how many people are allowed to stay in each suite and not have to give their paying customers a hard time about their own mistakes and miscommunication.
