The balcony was nice. It’s convenient and reasonably priced hotel in Santa Monica. The pink color made it very easy to find even from a few blocks away. Breakfast could be improved.

Loved the rooms with the balconies! Worth the extra $10/night! Free breakfast could have had a little more variety to set it apart, but it was a nice thing to have just the same.

The AC was very noisy and it was hard to sleep. The walls were thin, and we could hear our neighbors just talking in the rooms next to us. Staff was really nice.

Don’t waste your money.

A few things: • Theirs an extra charge for parking. • The A/C units are obnoxious and the rooms get too hot to not have them on. • The water pressure and hot water is horrible. • They checked me out before 11am without my permission. I came back to clear out the room around 10am and housekeeping was already inside and threw out the rest of my stuff. Basically, don’t stay here, it’s not worth it. Stay in a neighboring city where you actually get what you pay for.

Hotel was perfect for us, even though it was 2 miles from the pier and there are plenty of buses running, they didn’t seem very safe after dark. The sun lounger deck was nice but the furniture there and on the balconies needs replacing - that was the only thing that let the property down. Plenty of parking in the garage
