Bathtub/shower drain is clogged, so stood in a pool of dirty water while showering, low water flow, WiFi didn’t work, room was noisy with sirens going by all night long. Staff was friendly and tried to help. Appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room but the breakfast was bare minimum.

It’s good place to stay for couple night to visit Santa Monica . It’s clean inn with okey matters. Water pressure was really bad. They have fresh and really good coffee on breakfast. I wish they offer more item for breakfast. Overall it’s okey . I will be back.

The hotel was convenient and easy to get to. The room was clean and had plenty of room, a refrigerator and microwave oven. Parking was plentiful albeit at $10/day extra. The only real negative about my stay was the walls seemed to be very thin as I could hear someone snoring in the room next door and someone coughing consistently in the room on the other side of me.

The hotel is good, the staff is friendly, everything is clean, and there is underground parking. The only problem is the breakfast: they offer terrible coffee, snack bars, and pre-packaged sweet pastries.

clean room. super friendly staff. really cool balcony. The staff was so professional too. There was another group who were having issues (they were clearly in the wrong) and the manager spoke politely and respectfully and offered so many options to remedy the issue.
