All around really bad. Waited hours to get our room, we were after 4pm also. No towels in our room. Room dirty. No towels at the pool. The shuttle price was twice as much as they told me it was when i called before our trip to confirm price, so they outright lied. Parking was a pain and expensive. Didnt have a key so we couldnt use the bathroom as we waited.for our room.in the lobby. Very expensive breakfast. Limited TV channels. The list goes on and on. Will not stay here for my future cruises.

The front door was scratched. The toilet was running before we even used it. Duct tape on the sink pipe. The room was constantly muggy. BLOOD on the curtain!!!!! Early check in was impossible. There was only one hand towel in the room when we checked in. No bath towels or wash clothes. Only one wash cloth was given the next morning when there were TWO people in the room. Not nearly enough parking in the garage. The fact that there was a marketplace with candy not yet expired is the only reason I don't consider this a motel.

Room was in terrible condition. Hallways were unkempt. One person at desk for check in with a huge lineup. No towels at pool, even though sign in room says that there would be. Upholstery on chair was filthy and worn. Wood furniture was all battered up. Very disappointing!

I didn’t stay there but they keep wanting reviews. I had to cancel but would not refund my $ because of third party reservation. So I called the third party and they blamed the hotel for no refund! My suggestion is not to use third parties and go straight to hotel for reservation! I got the run around.

The bed was kind of lumpy and the pillows way to soft the staff however was absolutely 100 percent great. We did pop in the food for Breakfast did not look appetizing at all and way to Pricey.
