Cozy getaway in the Santa Monica Mountains

Upstairs hosts the master suite with king size bed, master bath and laundry room. Spacious open living room with a 6 person dining table and half bath. Kitchen boasts large pantry, prep area and Viking appliances. There is a large bar surrounding the cooktop for social interaction while cooking.

Lower level has an office space and 2 bedrooms - one with queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. There is a full bath on the lower level.

Outside, there are multiple areas to retreat to. In the front balcony, there is a table with umbrella and a Koi pond with relaxing waterfall. The backyard has a large open area with tables and a custom tiki lounge with BBQ grill and concrete countertops. Hot tub is ready to go and as the sun goes down, there are market lights to light up the beautiful oak tree in the back.
