Great location and can’t beat the free parking in DTLA. Host was very nice, and got back to us asap when we had to fix an error at check in. Would recommend :)

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
They contacted me at 3 to tell me I could check in. The place was supposed to be ready by then but there was no updated notice until the last minute. The unit was dusty or grimy throughout. Needs a good scrubbing. There was one window which did not open. And it was next to impossible to get the blackout shade to open. Not that you would want to open it because it looked out onto a frightening alley. This should be represented in the description. The AC did not work. When I contacted Peter about it on Saturday he put me off by telling me to turn the unit on and off. Then, he did not check with me the next day and when I was able to get back him Sunday at noon he said he couldn’t do anything about it. Without respect for his responsibility or my needs, he told me I could leave early. How was I going to take the time from my meeting schedule to find and move into a different place with no notice. Because of this experience, I do not believe that I will ever use vrbo again.
