The staff were amazing and the room was very nice. I took two stars off because there was a very loud humming noise all night long and we couldn’t leave the window open because it was so loud (maybe the freeway but it was REALLY noisy), and also when I showered, I lost hot water intermittently throughout. Seemed like when another room turned their hot water on, mine went cold. Not a pleasant experience. Finally, the ice machine on our floor (3rd), wasn’t turned on when we arrived so we had to go to the second floor to get ice. I called the front desk and they said they would have an engineer take care of it, but it still wasn’t fixed the next morning so I once again had to travel to the second floor for ice.

Beautiful clean room, wonderful knowledgable staff, happy with room location. I also liked the location of this hotel. Easy access off of Valencia (traffic light at intersection), and lots of convenient dining and shopping. Grateful there was a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave in my room. Hair dryer provided. I most definitely recommend this Courtyard and of course, would stay there in the future.
