Sleeps up to 6 (with additional charge for anyone over 4 people). Upstairs includes one queen bed with memory foam mattress and two twin beds upstairs, and one full size futon bed downstairs. Guest house has WIFI and Smart TV with Hulu, Amazon Prime and Netflix subscription available for your use. Also . . . plenty of toys for the little ones!

No smoking or pets allowed. Sorry no washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove or large oven in unit. The unit has two portable air-conditioning units.
