Room is clean. The staff are helpful. Air conditioning works well. Parking is so easy. Most important of all is the free breakfast. Service throughout breakfast was excellent. Arlene, the breakfast attendant is efficient. There was a variety of options for breakfast. Foods are warm. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a very pleasant one-night stay at Comfort Suites on Glendora Ave in La Puente. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the restroom was clean and well maintained. It’s a non-smoking room, which made the stay even better for our family. The breakfast included was tasty with a good variety, and we really appreciated the secured parking lot. The area was quiet and felt safe at night, which made for a relaxing stay. The Halloween décor in the lobby was a big plus for our kids, they loved it! A special thank you to Emily at the front desk, who was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. We’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was good except a middle eastern staff member. Our toilet kept running and wouldn’t flush. I reported it to the middle eastern staff member and he seemed slow and said it was probably because of the type of toilet paper. I told him the water and fecal matter and toilet paper just spin around in the toilet bowl but doesn’t flush and we didn’t want to use the toilet cause it’s gross to see the contents just floating around. He said he would have someone look into it but no one ever came. We had to tell another employee and they sent someone but it really wasn’t fixed completely it’s like there isn’t enough water pressure and the water and fecal matter and toilet paper just move around in the toilet just spinning.
