The Space:

Welcome to light-filled, beautifully appointed home where coastal California living meets effortless comfort designed for easy living and everyday comfort in one of Manhattan Beach’s most walkable neighborhoods.



The main living area features wood-beamed ceilings and a large sliding door that floods the space with natural light, creating a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Open and inviting, the space is thoughtfully arranged with comfortable seating and a Smart TV; the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach or exploring everything the area has to offer.

The dining area sits just off the living space and comfortably seats 4, with additional seating available for authorized guests. Plenty of room whether you're enjoying a quiet meal or family dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, sink, refrigerator, and dishwasher, all conveniently located in the same area for easy, functional use.

Guest Access:

The entire home is yours during your stay: both bedrooms, all living areas, and the private patio.

You'll receive clear check-in instructions ahead of your arrival once all pre-arrival steps are completed. Please note that certain areas may be secured for owner or operational use.



The Neighborhood:

You're right in the heart of one of the South Bay's most beloved neighborhoods and the location on 21st Street puts everything within easy reach.

Live Oak Park is practically at your doorstep, great for a morning run, a dog walk, or just a quiet start to the day. The Greenbelt jogging path is nearby too, winding through one of Manhattan Beach's most scenic stretches. When you're ready for coffee, Bluestone Lane on Manhattan Beach Blvd is a short stroll away and worth every step. For dinner, The Strand House and Brewco Social are local staples just down the hill, the kind of spots you'll want to come back to twice in one trip.

And of course, The Strand and the beach are just minutes away on foot.

Please note that the home has a brand-new portable AC unit available for guest use. While it is intended to help cool the space, cooling performance may vary depending on outdoor temperatures and usage.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance. All reservations remain subject to the cancellation policy.

The home is equipped with a noise monitoring device to help maintain a peaceful environment for the neighborhood. It does not record conversations.



Arrival & Departure:

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.



No Commercial Filming or Professional Content Creation

This property is for residential lodging purposes only. Commercial filming, professional photography, promotional shoots, influencer/brand content, music videos, or organized content production are not permitted without prior written approval from the Host.



Professional cameras used as part of an organized shoot, ring lights, studio lighting, tripods, backdrops, production equipment, crew members, models, talent, or similar production setups require advance written permission from the Host.



Casual personal photos and videos taken by registered guests are permitted.



No unregistered guests or visitors. Only guests included on the reservation may enter or use the property unless approved in writing by the Host.



No unauthorized or undeclared pets. All pets must be properly disclosed and approved in accordance with the listing's pet policy and Airbnb requirements. Applicable service-animal rules will be honored.



Do not tamper with property equipment. Guests may not disconnect, disable, unplug, cover, move, or otherwise interfere with Wi-Fi/network equipment, permitted exterior security devices, smart-home devices, or other property systems.



Guests and visitors must respect our neighbors at all times. No excessive noise, disruptive activity, excessive vehicle traffic, blocked driveways, or other neighborhood disturbances.



Violations may be reported and handled in accordance with policies and applicable law.
