We really enjoyed our stay at The Coast Burbank Hotel. The room was a good size and very clean. Check in was a breeze and hotel staff was very kind and helpful. We would definitely book another stay.

Everything was good. They just don’t have a microwave in room and the local shuttle benefit is great but you have to plan according and reserve ahead and it’s not so accessible if you’re in a wheelchair so it will be a bit difficult. It is possible but a bit more work. In all our stay was good and the staff is friendly and helpful.

We will never stay here again. Upon arrival, the lobby stunk. The atrium-style ceiling was covered with some sort of cloth outside, and it and the glass were dirty. Even mid- to low-grade places have, at a minimum, coffee/tea/water in the lobby for guests. Not this place. The heated pool advertised online is actually at a sister hotel (motel?) across the street . . . and it was broken. The floors in the elevator were not vacuumed during the duration of our 4 day, 3 night stay . . . visible debris, some of which was the same at check-out as it was at check-in. The pictures of the lobby, rooms, bar and restaurant, and pool were misleading. Don't be fooled . . . whoever did those photos worked some magic. Sat for dinner at the restaurant, but the menu sucked and we had to go elsewhere for a meal; negating the 10% off coupon provided with the reservation. A $300 security deposit for this place is absurd; it speaks to the neighborhood and what management thinks its usual clientele might be doing in the rooms. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

First timer staying at this hotel, and it was phenomenal. Free shuttle service to the universal studios, and to the Burbank airport. Which I actually had my flight booked for LAX, but it was an easy drive to and from the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for $360 a night, and unfortunately, it was not worth the price. I was given a room directly behind the front desk on the first floor—far from ideal in terms of privacy and noise. I asked to be moved, but the staff told me all rooms were fully booked. However, later that evening, I saw a family checking in, which clearly indicated that rooms were still available. It left me wondering what criteria they use to assign rooms to guests. On top of that, the room was lacking in basic modern conveniences. There were no USB ports and not nearly enough outlets to charge multiple devices, which is pretty surprising for a hotel at this price point. Overall, the experience was disappointing and definitely not worth $360.

The hotel was so nice, very clean, nice staff, good food at the Bistro, nice little lounge,...and best of all, access to the famous Safari Inn pool. I would stay there again. Location is great. 20 minutes from Universal Studios. It's well maintained to keep its original old charm. We seriously loved it!

The hotel was clean. Staff was incredible. My only drawback that had nothing to do with the hotel itself was the noise. Our room faced the street and it was busy all night And I don't know where the fire Department was but 3x in one night had the sirens. It's a personal preference thing and not used to that much street noise.

Perfect hotel for Universal Studios & Hollywood!

Easy parking, helpful staff, shuttle service to nearby attractions (WB Studios, Universal Studios). Quiet and safe area with great restauraunts and a CVS within walking distance. Will definitely go back here for my next visit to LA!
