We throughly enjoyed our 2-day stay. The house was very clean, making it a comfortable place. Although the home is located in a busy neighborhood, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was inside and we slept very well both nights with no outside noise to disturb us. The keypad entry system was easy to use and made check-in simple. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, including sweets and cold bottled water that were provided. Communication with Lisa was excellent throughout our stay. She responded quickly to all of our messages and was very helpful whenever we had questions.

We fly into Los Angeles for a musical festival that spanned 4 days. When we arrived we liked the layout of the house and that each room had a a tv. Unfortunately the fold down couch in one of the bedrooms was advertised as a bed and that thing is barely suitable for a dog. It is very uncomfortable and the person we planned to have sleep there slept on the couch in the living room as the couch was more comfortable. The kitchen was rather lacking. Dirty plates in the cupboards. Missing items like a cutting board or baking sheet. They did however supply an air fryer and oven. No dishwasher. We had long days at the festival and returned home to cook a late night meal but found it more difficult than we had hoped. There is a washer and dryer in the rental however there was no detergent or dryer sheets to properly wash anything. One of the electrical outlets in the kitchen didn’t work. One of the electrical outlets in the living room was not properly installed. Overall if you only plan on a 1 night stay this will get the job done as I’m sure you’re traveling for a concert or sporting event and don’t plant to spend much time at the unit outside of before your event and to sleep after. As far as a long stay I would recommend the host buys more items for the kitchen and supplies for laundry. Bathroom was well stocked with towels, shower supplies, and toilet paper. I would likely not rebook this same unit for a future stay.
