Check in took 50 mins. It was extremely packed with one person checking in only. When we finally got up there they said they canceled my room because there was no phone number on the booking. They had to rebook me in 2 twin beds for me and my husband. Very awkward. When we got there the room have a very strong stench. We slept in separate beds and I woke up with bug bites covering my whole body!

The staff was awesome we arrived a little before 3:00 obviously there was a line as me and my wife were booking to stay there because we went to the Steelers and Chargers game at Sofi. There was so many football fans that were also staying there as well as next-door so obviously there was a long line to check in we had no issue with that knowing what we were going into but the lady at the front desk I believe her name was Maria was by herself for most of the time and did feel bad for her, but she did her best to help each, and every customer a little after a younger man came in. I believe he just started his shift so he got on the other computer and was very helpful as well. We were helped by him I did not get his name, but he checked the sin as quick as possible by the time we went upstairs to our room, put our things away and came out to go to the game. The line was completely gone. He helped everybody as well as Maria handled it professionally and calmly, and I believe everybody should’ve been satisfied.
