Beautiful, recently remodeled 2 bedroom apartment, with the best possible location! Walking distance to everything; shops, restaurants, bars, and obviously the BEACH. Literally just 30 seconds walk to the sand! You`ll fall in love with Marina Del Rey.

With the Venice boardwalk just a few blocks away, and about 1 mile from the heart of Venice, you will have access to everything you could ever need.

Enter through the private front door and you`ll find a bedroom on your right with a queen bed and a half bath. Continue down the hall and to the right you`ll find a full bath, and a large bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, and large closet. The living room has a comfy pullout sofa and a large tv with streaming Roku TV. The kitchen was just remodeled with new counters, and all new stainless appliances. You`ll love it here!

guest have access to the whole apartment, laundry room, parking, and the shared patio table with an ocean view :)

You`ll have the place to yourself, but if you need anything, I`m just a call or text away.

This property was wonderful and the host was even better. Justin was so amazing to work with. We decided to stay an extra night and he was so accommodating. Also it is a great location, very close to the beach. Just a few footsteps away. I will be renting again when in town!!!

The apt is excellent, perfect for the 5 friends we stayed. Location is awesome, 1/2 block from the beach and 2 from bars and groceries stores. Justin is an excellent host, very responsive

Simple yet cozy setup, steps away from the beach and the start of what turns into the Venice Beach boardwalk. We didn’t do any cooking there but appreciated the welcome basket of treats. They have a boogie board for use and a dedicated parking spot, but you need to bring your own beach towels.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location and neighborhood was perfect! Everything we could need was available in the apartment, only complaint we had was the pillows did not smell clean at all and the cleaning products used in refrigerator were strong and made our food left inside overnight taste like it. Also the removeable shower sprayer and knobs in the shower and bathtub could use an upgrade. But the beach/ocean is like its right in your backyard and all the shops in Venice are right up the way! We had a blast!

Simple and easy

We chose this place because of proximity to a family member we were visiting and it was very convenient. We mainly spent our time there for sleeping and the kids slept great so that was good! The place was clean and had what we needed during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we visit!

Great location

We had a great time in LA! Our host was very responsible with any questions and even sent us restaurant suggestions! There were lots of places within walking distance and the beach was super close. The house was clean and looked exactly as pictured!

Family holidays

We stayed there with three kids for a couple of days. The location was perfect, three steps from the beach, perfect location with little kids. The house need some maintenance to be perfect, but it was clean and has the basics ( toilet paper, salt, and toilet products). Close to restaurants and stores.

Clean and location can't be beat!

This spot was a great location - the beach was right around the corner. Clean and cute! The neighborhood was a lively and loud until late in the night, so pack earbuds or white noise if that bothers you. Overall, it was a great little home for a weekend getaway.
