The elevator was broken. Looking back on past reviews it’s been that way for at least a year. No warning before booking. I just had neck surgery recently so walking 3 flights of stairs with luggage wasn’t fun. The key cards deactivated every day causing us to have to walk the 3 flights even more to be able to get into our rooms again.

The elevator was out and that would not of been a big problem except for the rain. To go from the lobby to the 2nd floor you needed To go out side and then back inside to reach the stairs. Weird.

Erica is rude unprofessional Terrible experience with the front desk Assistant. Completely unhelpful, disrespectful attitude, and zero customer service skills.
