Excellent location

The property is ideally located with easy access to the freeways and Venice beach. The owner was responsive whenever we had questions. Would stay here again.

First time meeting Daughter’s boyfriend

Flew in from Ohio to meet my daughters boyfriend for the first time. Needed a nice place with a good kitchen to be able to cook a meal and share some time together. Facility was very clean and nice. Large kitchen allowed me to cook with my daughter. We had a great time together at this location. The only issue I had was trying to find the ramp to the lower garage to get to the assigned parking space. The apartment managers could do a better job marking this key bit of information. I would recommend this 2BR unit to anyone! Thanks

Extremely difficult to find the parking space upon arrival. Terrible directions, and not ever rectified during the whole stay. More importantly, the kitchen sink was totally blocked, and thus we were unable to wash dishes properly. This was reported on Day 2 of our stay, and never fully resolved even though a handyman came about the 5th day, but the problem reappeared after some annoying hours. We complained repeatedly, but eventually just gave up on the incompetent, uninvolved, management.
