Property was pretty dated . On the first night stay the air conditioner was pretty loud it was hard to get a good nights rest . We went to get breakfast the second day stay and they have employees watching you so you don’t bring the food to your room. This was pretty petty . We ended up just getting a piece a of fruit and a cup of coffee and left . The contents of the breakfast was eggs. paper thin bacon potatoes fruits cereal and waffles that you make yourself. Coffee , Tea and Juices . Fools lacked seasoning/flavor .

I was only there for a short time. Paid for extra early check in. Got there at 10:30 am and room was already ready. Staff was welcoming. There were drain bugs in the shower. Apparently they are harmless, but off-putting and doesn’t really make taking a shower appealing.

False advertisement. They said they had a hot tub spa available on the website so, I BOOKED the room when I got there & looked for the spa, they said it has been closed for years. I figured if it was NOT WORKING they should UPDATE their website years ago. They NEED to compensate ME for room cost for NOT having spa available. That is why, I picked this location. Didn't have time being there to find different location 😡

The underground parking felt safe. The staff was friendly. The area was quiet. Overall great stay. We used Uber to go into Downtown LA and it wasnt too bad. Its a nice little place to stay somewhere away from Downtown but still close enough for its not out of the way. Will be staying again in the future.

Staff was excellent. The property condition was very poor. The building had a smell (marihuana) and there was a leak in our restroom. Room was very outdated and TV with no good channels for entertainment, WiFi didn’t work, etc. To be honest I expected a lot more since this stay was not cheap at all.

Since the breakfast area was crowded I decided to take my breakfast to my room, no problem. They next day I wanted the same and the employee said I couldn’t even though I did the prior day. Instead of arguing I found a seat and rushed thru my breakfast. Other than that the attendants for the rooms and the front desk were exceptional!

Old building but everything else is top notch!

The room was clean and smelled nice, the service was excellent and the breakfast was very good ( though a variety of tea would be nice) but the hallway from the elevator to the room smelled really bad upon arrival but was fine in the morning.
