The air conditioner made the room absolutely not breathable. The air quality was already bad and smelled like cigarettes. There was a tequila bottle in the closet. There was no screen on the window. The bed was very hard and the faucet water never got cold. Sorry not sorry, terrible neighborhood, the only place that made it worth it is the Winchell's.

The motel felt a bit old, with outdated decor, but everything was clean. The air conditioner was uneven and really loud—I could only sleep with noise-cancelling headphones. That said, the location was super convenient since I was walking to a concert, and the price for the location was good. Overall, a decent stay, but the AC definitely needs some attention.

Only complaint is that the room was not full clean. Floor was not vacuumed, towels were stained, toilet had nasty ring stains, and the room had an awful smoke smell. Other than that it was an easy process to check in and out. The area was okay just a bit of noisy traffic. The attendant was pleasant and quick to check us in.

The exterior of the property was nice. Absolutely loved the roses in the parking lot. There were no Kleenex boxes in the room, which I found odd Would have liked to have had a double set of towels. Room itself could’ve used a little updating with new bed linens and upgrades to furniture The woman who checked me in was very pleasant.
