Very nice property. The outddoor patio overlooking the pool was really nice for having morning coffee alongside a gas fireplace. Has an okay view of the local street and apartments. Very quiet. Staff was very friendly. Room and lobby were always clean. Fresh popcorn in the afternoons. The bar was very luxe at night. Club-esque music throughout but very tasteful. Breakfast was mid; Dont pay in advance unless you just want carbs. Bathroom door is a sliding barn door so it has gaps and doesnt lock if youre staying with little kids or friends and want more privacy. I'd stay there again as a single or couple. More adult vibe so never saw a kid while I was there.

Staff was very polite. The only complaint I have is that I was informed that the heat is centrally controlled for the entire building and could not be adjusted. As a temporary solution, a portable space heater was provided. While I appreciate the effort to offer an alternative, relying on a portable heater is not an adequate or comparable substitute for a fully functioning in-room heating system. Additionally, the use of a space heater raised safety concerns and caused discomfort, as it did not sufficiently heat the room, particularly during nighttime hours. I chose your property with the expectation that essential amenities—including proper climate control—would be fully operational. This issue significantly impacted the comfort and quality of my stay.
