I stay at this hotel frequently. The staff is super nice. There’s plenty of parking and the rooms are large almost like a junior suite on a couch and them only thing is it’s not in the greatest neighborhood but it’s very close to the 405 freeway I highly recommend this hotel and they have the best rates in town

Sept 07, 2025 We checked into rooms 226 and 228 after spending all day at Universal Studios, around 8:30 PM. Once we turned on the water in the shower, we discovered there was no hot water. I called the front desk, but there was no answer. By that time, we had already grabbed something to eat at a great taco spot called Angels, which was just down the street. It was around 10:30 PM when we returned, and everyone was tired, so we just fell asleep without taking showers. There were three adults and four kids in our group. The next morning, we headed to Santa Monica Beach and then back to Vegas. When we turned in the keys, I informed the receptionist about the hot water issue. He apologized for not communicating that it wasn’t working, and that was the extent of our conversation. Additionally, the sheets in room 228 were filthy, so we had to sleep with our clothes on, like mummies. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The staff was good. The only thing I didn’t like I don’t understand how the rooms do not have a fridge and you ask them and then they wanna rent you one for $10 per day. They charge you for parking and they don’t even ask you if you even brought a car
