Nice location, not great service

The hotel is well placed close to the Academy museum, the Automobile museum and the the Grove. The room furniture was beaten down and not really convenient. There is no dining restaurant on site. The team service was just awful.

We always like staying here. Great neighborhood, close to Farmers Market (3rd & Fairfax), could walk through a very attractive neighborhood to get there. I find the pricing of parking to be flat-out outrageous, then again, welcome to Los Angeles. The rooms are fairly ordinary, but clean and not crowding. Staff are very friendly, courteous, helpful + they remember me every time I check in. Proves very reasonable for central location. Enjoy.
