The furniture has since been moved around and you don’t get exactly what’s pictured. There’s a smaller blue futon and a single armchair in lieu of the brown sofa. We had some electrical problems where using just the fan on the a/c would flip the circuit breaker so we left just left the fridge unplugged so we could use all our electronics. Location is quiet. The patio is very nice space to relax in and have a quiet book read.Parking on Friday Sat Sun was packed but we got lucky and found street parking every night right next to the house. It is a really good location. Walking distance to good food and an excellent French bakery on Olympic. Check the weekend hours before you head out. There are crickets in the neighborhood. City dwellers be forewarned. They chirp all night.

We LOVED the location. The room is not fancy, but adequate. The sheets and towels were clean, and the mattress was fabulous. The grounds were lovely, and the neighborhood beautiful. The hosts were kind. I would stay here again.

Communicating with the host could be improved, they messaged but didn’t answer questions. There were no amenities and not enough toiletries. The place was cold but there was a space heater that worked well enough. Those can be dangerous though. The place was fine to sleep in, it didn’t feel the cleanest but I also checked in early not realizing the place had not been cleaned because when I requested the host emailed check in instructions which lead me to believe I could check in. There was a lot of noise from above, I could hear heavy walking and loud talking. I have never been able to hear that level of noise in any place I’ve stayed before. When I asked the host, they said they would ask the people above to quiet down. I really didn’t feel like this is a place I should have paid to stay and would have chose a hotel next time over this.

Its absolutely terrible not with at all we decided not to stay even 5 minutes it’s dirty hair in the blanket stain on the bedsheet also no heating entry is shabby parking is nightmare.

I would rent again. It’s in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Everyone was super pleasant. The host was easy to talk to and responded quickly. We brought our Boo and she loved the court yard. It was great cause you could take her right outside if she had to so her thing. The neighborhood is beautiful and Boo loved walking around there. The front house knows the host and they were super helpful when I had to get medication delivered. She brought right to me with a smile! There is a small fridge, microwave, bowls, plates, and cups with coffee maker. The rest you will need to bring. If you want coffee in room, bring some ground coffee! Plenty of towels and blankets. I had a facelift nearby and this was the perfect place to rest. Thank you 🙏
