Single level home with large open concept kitchen, living, and dining room. Accommodations include 2 master suites with private baths plus 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bath. Exterior has 70 foot long driveway providing generous parking. Private backyard has 7 person luxury hot tub, natural gas grill, and and patio seating for 8.

Home is a short walk to shopping, dining, and buses on Anaheim Blvd. Downtown Long Beach and the ocean are just minutes drive away.

Sorry we do not allow pets, indoor smoking, or parties.

All bedrooms have smart TV's with all the apps, modern leather furniture, and pillow top mattresses. Oversized Master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub. Living room has a big screen smart TV, Bluetooth stereo surround sound, and LED fireplace insert. Kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and a large selection of cooking and serving utensils. All rooms have hardwood floors or tile. Backyard is gated and walled for privacy.

This is a single family home and there are no other occupants on the property. It is on a dead end street with minimal traffic.

Home is solar powered for an environmentally friendly vacation.

Guest access
Driveway is 70+ feet long and can accommodate up to 4 average length cars. Street parking is usually available as well.

Front door has a digital keypad lock to allow check in upon arrival.

Garage in the back is used for storage and not available for guest access.

There are exterior security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home or viewing the patio seating and bbq area.

The piano is locked and for decor only.

We had an awesome time at this property. The house was a perfect fit for our family vacation. It was incredibly clean, and the layout gave everyone plenty of space and privacy. The hot tub was a bonus for everyone and the patio was a great place to gather for our morning coffee and relax with a cold beverage in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The host was wonderful, responsive, and check in and out was a breeze. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with a big group of 8.

My husband and I really enjoyed this place for our honeymoon. We give it a five stars because of how great it was our only thought would be make sure to bring spare batteries and your own pillows. Some of the controllers had dead batteries, and the pillows were a little stiff ; other than that everything was great and the vibe was great. We will definitely contact the owner again for future stays with the family !

It is a beautiful and functional property! The 6 of us enjoyed the 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms while on our Convention stay in CA. Large kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils. Has 3 seat bar and table for 4 worked great as we all got ready for the day and settled at night to regroup!Nice long driveway for the car, large outdoor space for sitting in the sun for us Michigan travelers!

We came here on a summer trip with friends. The location was amazing. One of the days we went to Universal and it was just close enough to the beaches but far enough away from all the craziness the house was perfect size and the hot tub was a perfect bonus!

We had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place while in Long Beach for my daughter‘s graduation. The home was clean comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit.
