Make sure all furniture is put back as they were when you started your reservation.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No stays over 28 days is allowed. No smoking/vaping allowed inside/outside of property. Any evidence of this will result in immed. $200.00 penalty.
Hot tub cover must be put on after guests are finished. This is critical to the auto-cleaning process. No food or drink allowed in the hot tub either.
Please don't touch any personal items that you see outside of the kitchen. Kitchen pans, seasonings, condiments, dishes, etc. may be used by guests.
