Changes need approval. No unregistered guests or we may cancel without refund.

CHECK-IN TIME: 4pm and after. The home has a smartlock. The code will not work until the check in time of 4PM
NO SMOKING: If so, $500 Deep Clean. No smoking/vaping, flammable items. Kindly smoke outside, away from openings and throw away all roaches, cigarette butts, etc, in the trash can.
NO PETS: If so, $500 Deep Clean & we may cancel stay without refund. Trained Service Dog OK. ADVANCE notice required.
QUIET TIME: 8pm - 7am. Enjoy our home! But please no loud noise levels, unruly behavior or illegal activities. If so, stay may be canceled without refund. This is per the LA County Home Sharing Ordinance.
LINENS/BEDS: Kindly refrains from eating in the bedrooms.
KITCHEN: Wash any dishes, pots, pans, etc.
CHECK OUT BY 10AM (late check out needs OK 24hrs ahead.
