We had reserved specifically a double queen room for a reason. Upon arrival we were given a single King room. There was no prior notification of this change, had we known we would have made other arrangements. This change was unacceptable. Also, why was there a pool party with loud music at 2am??? My room is right above the pool and I could not get any rest.

Yes the kitchen was fully stocked and met our expectations! Was wonderful. One thing awkward was the counter under the cupboards. Was very hard to see the faucet was not a well thought out design to have the cupboards so close to the kitchen counter too!
