We had 2 rooms, one was not as clean as the other. Bathroom should have been cleaned better. Front desk personnel were very helpful though; great service and attitude and attention to details (Felipe and Jeffrey)!! One lady at the breakfast station the first morning had a terrible attitude and not helpful and resented cleaning the table when asked politely. However on the second morning another lady was very pleasant.

We stayed in the same room as our last visit. The shower head was still broken making it a juggling act to get a shower and water going all over the floor. The front desk clerk was so accommodating . The room was clean and the breakfast was good other than the fruit was all gone and not replaced for the 40 minutes we were there. We arrived at 830 am All the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for an Awesome stay!
