It is a non smoking, self contained, pet friendly and wheelchair friendly two bedroom apartment with discrete mobility friendly aids throughout. It is ideal for families with small children as well as those who require some extra assistance.
With an amazing large balcony which looks over Louttit Bay, you can relax and enjoy brekkie, coffee or a drink at the end of the day while watching the world go by.
Guests are welcome to use all of the resorts facilities, indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, tennis and squash courts, games room, gardens and BBQ area.
All of Lorne’s attractions are only a short walk, Main Beach, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.
All linen and towels are provided, along with basic kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies to get your holiday off to the best start!
The compact well equipped kitchen comes with a microwave, a full sized fridge, stove top, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
The living room has a lounge suit, dining table and chairs, TV and apple box, reverse cycle heater/air conditioner and to add a bit of luxury its own Nespresso Machine
The main bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted TV, panel heater, and ceiling fan.

*All pets must be requested and are not automatically confirmed
*There is a refundable pet bond, $200, and an additional, non refundable, cleaning fee, $75
*Pets must never be left alone in the apartment as it is not a familiar place to them and do not want them to become stressed or anxious
*All pets must be under owners control and be on lead at all times while within the resort grounds and on all common property areas - the gardens and the car park.
*Pets are not allowed in indoor areas, including the pool area, games room, squash courts, reception or tennis courts
*The apartment is suitable for one small dog only one per stay.
A porta crib and sassy seat are available if required.
