Located just 30 minutes from both Seville and Córdoba, at the gateway to Sierra Norte, this 250 m² holiday home accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms. The ground floor features a double bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there are two full bathrooms and three large bedrooms, including one with an en suite bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, video on demand, a dedicated workspace, and a washing machine.



Outside, enjoy your own private pool—perfect for cooling off and relaxing. An outdoor shower adds convenience after swimming or sunbathing, and the barbecue lets you enjoy meals outdoors. We are environmentally conscious: 70% of the energy used is self-generated by solar panels. In summer, hot tubs are unavailable due to high water consumption, but they are available from November to March.



Nearby, you can enjoy horseback riding, carriage rides, or paragliding, available for an extra fee. Shared parking on the property ensures easy vehicle access. To maintain a peaceful environment, smoking is not allowed inside (designated smoking areas are provided), pets are not permitted, and parties or large events are not allowed.



Security cameras: there are two security cameras outside the property. One is at the parking area and the other is at the main entrance gate of the estate (not of the house). There are no cameras inside the house, and no cameras cover the porch, the pool or the barbecue area.
