Rowan Retreat - sleeps 2 - Nr Looe and Polperro
One of a pair of charming, semi-detached brother and sister cottages in the pretty village of Lanreath near Looe is Rowan Retreat. This immaculately presented sleeps two property provides very comfortable accommodation. In addition, Rowan Retreat occupies a most convenient base for exploring the area including nearby Polruan, Looe and Polperro. Both Rowan Retreat and Rowan Cottage (891) offer the same arrival day so, if two couples fancy a holiday away together but with the benefit of your own space, this is the perfect choice for you. A parking space per property is provided as well as outdoor space and garden furniture. In the village itself you will be warmly welcomed by the friendly locals who invite you to support their terrific amenities including the community run local store and Tipsy Cow bar in the local village hall where quiz nights and entertainment take place on a regular basis. A few steps lead up to the front door in front of which is a pretty patio area with table and seating for two. Once inside to the ground floor you will find an entrance lobby with coat hooks and room for boots. Off the lobby is the smart shower room WC with large cubicle and electric shower over, wash basin and heated towel rail. Next to the shower room is the good size bedroom with king size bed. The bedroom is carpeted and has ample drawer and hanging space. This bedroom overlooks the communal garden that both cottages can share. A reasonably steep, carpeted staircase with handrail leads up to the open plan living and kitchen space. A comfy two-seater sofa, television, dining table and chairs and well equipped small kitchen completes the accommodation layout. Kitchen appliances include electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. The property is heated by night storage heating.
