Private parking for 1 car 10 minutes’ walk away (uphill with steep section). No smoking.. Laity is only a short distance from the harbour in Polperro. If you are looking for something with character, Laity is definitely the place. From the original beamed ceilings to the four poster bed, character abounds!

This ground floor apartment has a large living/ dining area with a 32" TV together with a dining table and four chairs. There is also a sofa bed, accommodating up to two additional guests. Central little holiday home

The house is very near the harbour, which is good, but it’s a basement flat, so it’s pretty dark and you need the lights on all the time. Also, the ceilings are low and my 6ft tall husband kept forgetting and banging his head. You definitely need to book the luggage taxi as the designated car parking space is up a very steep, narrow hill. Well situated for walking the southwest coastal path.
