I had to wait 15 minutes at 9:30 pm at the fro t desk and then call - and wake up - the person to check in. The sign said she was helping a guest, so I have it the benefit of the doubt and waited. Instead she could have put a sign that says call for help and I wouldn’t have had to stand there for 15 minutes
